Melanie

Until 2005, Melanie was very unfit, very overweight, and didn’t do much exercise. She lost 4.5 stone and then went on to compete for Great Britain in the sport of Triathlon at world level for five years. Injury forced her retirement in 2012. Following a knee replacement in October 2018, she is planning her multisport come back!

Trina

Trina has always been actively involved in sports, including horse riding, dancing and netball and this was where her interest in massage was born. Having also regularly received massage herself, Trina knows that it benefits the mind and body and hopes to relieve the aches and pains that build up. She specialises in treating specific injuries and medical conditions and also offers sports specific massage, to help you reach your full potential for that next race or sporting event.
